Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, ÜNLÜ & Co has successfully completed a block sale transaction involving shares of Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. (RGYAS).
The transaction was executed through ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş, a subsidiary of Türkiye’s leading investment services and asset management group ÜNLÜ & Co. As part of the transaction, a total of 45,830,388 Class B shares, corresponding to approximately 13.85% of the share capital of Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım, were sold to international and domestic institutional investors at a price of TRY 163 per share. Following the transaction, the Company’s free float ratio exceeded 25%.
In the approximately TRY 7.5 billion transaction, ÜNLÜ & Co acted as Joint Global Coordinator alongside international investment banks Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, once again demonstrating its international investor reach, strong distribution capabilities, and expertise in large-scale capital markets transactions.
