Celebrating its 30th anniversary, ÜNLÜ & Co has completed the application process for the 2026 edition of its long-running Management Trainee (MT) Programme, designed for young professionals pursuing a career in the financial sector. Applications to the programme increased by nearly 20% compared to the previous year, while applications from students studying at universities abroad also recorded a remarkable increase.

The application process for the 2026 edition of the company’s long-established Management Trainee (MT) Programme has now been completed. Applications for the programme, which will commence at the end of July, increased by nearly 20% compared to last year.
The programme continued to attract strong interest not only from students at universities in Türkiye but also from those pursuing higher education abroad. Applications from universities outside Türkiye increased by more than 50% compared to the previous year, demonstrating that ÜNLÜ & Co remains an employer of choice for young professionals studying around the world.

An 18-Month Comprehensive Development Journey
The MT Programme offers participants career opportunities across a wide range of business areas, including corporate finance, investment advisory, research, asset management, alternative investments, treasury, audit, risk and compliance, digital channels, corporate communications and digital marketing. Following an intensive three-week training programme, participants joining at the end of July will embark on an 18-month comprehensive development journey.
Throughout the programme, participants will be supported in both their professional and personal development through technical training, mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes, C-level meetings, competency workshops, innovation-focused projects and career planning support.
