ÜNLÜ & Co aims to further enhance its client-focused and integrated financial services model through new senior management appointments.
A change in senior management is taking place at ÜNLÜ & Co, Türkiye’s leading investment services and asset management group. İbrahim Romano, one of the founders of the Company who has led the Corporate Finance Division for many years, has been appointed Managing Director of Corporate Coverage. Romano will also continue to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors of ÜNLÜ Yatırım Holding A.Ş. Simge Ündüz, who currently serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance, has been appointed to lead the Corporate Finance Division.
With the new organizational structure, effective as of June 1, 2026, ÜNLÜ & Co aims to deliver its broad range of investment and financial services to clients in a more holistic and effective manner, while further strengthening strategic collaborations and growth opportunities.
