The bond issuance of Eker Süt Ürünleri, arranged through ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş., was successfully completed with a nominal amount of TRY 350 million following strong investor demand. The transaction marked Eker Süt Ürünleri’s first capital markets issuance of 2026.
ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş., a subsidiary of ÜNLÜ & Co, Türkiye’s leading investment services and asset management group, acted as intermediary for Eker Süt Ürünleri’s TRY 350 million bond issuance. Following the completion of the book-building process on 11 August 2026, the bond was issued domestically to qualified investors with a maturity of 372 days.
Initially planned at a nominal amount of TRY 300 million, the issuance was increased to TRY 350 million in response to investor demand. The transaction, which marked Eker Süt Ürünleri’s first capital markets issuance in 2026, was successfully completed above the initially planned amount.
