After graduating from Boğaziçi University Business Administration Department in 1995, Şebnem Kalyoncuoğlu Ünlü received her Master of Science degree in International Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics in 1996. Ünlü started her career at ABN AMRO Bank where she had worked in Structured Finance Unit in Istanbul and Amsterdam until 1999. Joining Credit Suisse London in 1999, Ünlü assumed a role in charge of Türkiye within the Emerging Markets Division. She served as Country Manager and Head of Investment Banking for Türkiye at Credit Suisse until 2006. Subsequently, Ünlü worked as Alkhair Capital Türkiye’s CEO and Board Member.

Şebnem Kalyoncuoğlu Ünlü currently works as Executive Board Member of ÜNLÜ & Co. Şebnem Kalyoncuoğlu Ünlü is a member of TÜSİAD, YPO, Endeavour, SAHA and KAGİDER and board member of Türkiye Entrepreneurship Foundation (GİRVAK). Şebnem Kalyoncuoğlu Ünlü is also the founder of ÜNLÜ & Co Women Tech Entrepreneurship Academy, which aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Türkiye.
