Governance
Our Strategy
We view sustainability as a value-creation approach integrated with our strategic objectives. Through the gap analysis we conducted with a sustainability focus, we examined the industry’s best practices, global trends, and regulatory frameworks to identify both our strengths and areas for improvement.
We address climate-related risks and opportunities within the TCFD framework, and we strengthen practices focused on waste management, energy efficiency, and resource conservation to reduce our environmental impact. At the same time, by supporting employee development, equal opportunity, and inclusion, we cultivate a strong sustainability culture within our organization. We monitor our progress using measurable indicators in areas such as environmental impact reduction, women’s employment, information security, volunteering, and financial literacy.
We have built our governance structure on the principles of transparency, accountability, and digital transformation. In doing so, we enhance stakeholder trust while ensuring that sustainability becomes a living value embedded across all business processes.
Committees & Policies
At ÜNLÜ & Co, we act with an awareness of the value of our business, people, society, and the environment. In all our activities, we uphold human rights, environmental responsibility, and a responsible investment approach that supports economic development.
Our sustainability policy at ÜNLÜ & Co is shaped around the goal of contributing to a more equitable, inclusive, and environmentally responsible economic structure together with our employees, investors, and business partners. We aim to use natural resources efficiently, reduce our carbon footprint, integrate recycling into our business processes, and position equal opportunity as a core principle of our corporate culture.
The implementation and continuous improvement of this approach are overseen by our Sustainability Committee. The committee monitors sustainability targets and related indicators, identifies areas for improvement, coordinates reporting processes, and regularly communicates all progress to the Board of Directors.

Working Groups
We implement our sustainability approach through thematic working groups that bring together different areas of expertise across the organization. Through this structure, we transform our sustainability strategy into concrete actions, covering environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
Our working groups act as a shared platform—together with the Sustainability Committee—for defining, implementing, and monitoring internal sustainability KPIs. In this way, sustainability becomes not the responsibility of a single unit, but a shared responsibility across all our teams.
Targets
We view our sustainability targets not only as performance indicators but also as a natural extension of our corporate culture. Accordingly, while managing today, we also consider our long-term sustainability ambitions.
In the area of governance, we aim to strengthen our long-term institutional resilience through adherence to ethical standards, data and information security, transparent reporting, and responsible investment decisions. By regularly monitoring our sustainability KPIs, we remain focused on continuous improvement in line with these goals.
