An Agreement Has Been Signed For The Sale Of Getir Araç To Tiktak, With ÜNLÜ & Co Acting As Financial Advisor

In the transaction where Türkiye’s leading investment services and asset management group ÜNLÜ & Co acted as the sell-side financial advisor, a share sale agreement was signed for the sale of Getir Araç (Getir Araç Dijital Ulaşım Çözümleri Ticaret A.Ş.), owned by Getir Perakende and Çelik Motor, to TikTak (TikTak Yeni Nesil Ulaşım Çözümleri ve Araç Kiralama A.Ş.). The transaction, which holds strategic importance for the short-term car rental sector, was completed upon the signing of the agreement.
