We cultivate the leaders of tomorrow through the ÜNLÜ & Co MT (Management Trainee) Program. For more than 10 years, we have been running this program to bring young talent into our organization and support their career development. Designed for newly graduated bachelor’s and master’s students, our program provides participants with the opportunity to make a strong start to their career journey.
Within the scope of the MT Program, we offer participants the chance to benefit from specialized trainings that enhance both personal competencies and technical skills, while also strengthening their strategic perspective by taking an active role in innovative projects. In addition, we aim to add value to their career journeys through mentorship programs that support swift adaptation to business processes, as well as reverse-mentoring experiences that encourage collaborative learning.
Through our MT Program, we support young professionals at the very first step of their careers. Our application period begins at the end of January, followed by a multi-stage evaluation process, and concludes with recruitment in July. Young talents who successfully complete the program take a strong step into their careers and become candidates for our future leadership team.
