In warrants and certificates issued by Goldman Sachs, our group company ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş. acts as the Investment Institution and Market Maker. Within this scope, we manage the issuance application processes and ensure the public offering of these warrants and certificates on Borsa Istanbul’s Structured Products and Funds Market through exchange-based offering methods.
We maintain financial stability through liquidity preservation, monitoring of financial obligations, and regular reporting activities, supported by robust audit and internal control mechanisms. By continuously monitoring markets and macroeconomic indicators, we proactively optimize costs and evaluate new investment and funding opportunities on behalf of our institution.
