Our Journey

Founded in 1996 with the shared vision of four entrepreneurs, including our founder Mahmut L. Ünlü, Dundas Ünlü was established to provide advisory services to foreign investors seeking to invest in the Turkish markets.

During its first decade, Dundas Ünlü continued to grow not only in mergers and acquisitions advisory, but also in capital markets as well as asset and fund management. In 2007, through its partnership with Standard Bank, the company strengthened its global reach and renewed its name as Standard Ünlü.

Following its acquisition by ÜNLÜ Finansal Yatırımlar A.Ş. in 2012, the company regained its independent structure, and in 2015 adopted the name ÜNLÜ & Co, continuing to share its investment services and asset management expertise with an ever-expanding client base.
