Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations graduate Veli Parmaksız began his career in investment banking. He held executive positions in private banking, investment advisory, capital markets product development, and fund and discretionary portfolio management at leading financial institutions including HSBC, the TEB-BNP Paribas partnership, and PhillipCapital. Since April 2024, Parmaksız has been serving as Portfolio Management Director at ÜNLÜ Portföy, where he has successfully led numerous projects in the areas of investment advisory, asset management, portfolio strategies, and digital client experience. As of December 1, 2025, Veli Parmaksız continues to serve as General Manager of ÜNLÜ Portföy.
