Özlem Yeşildere graduated from Boğaziçi University, Industrial Engineering. After completing a master’s degree in business economics at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, Yeşildere worked at Procter & Gamble for 17 years. She previously served as the Regional Chief Financial Officer for Philips Middle East and Türkiye, as well as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors in Türkiye.

In 2014, Yeşildere spearheaded a comprehensive transformation as CEO of Mobiliz Information Communication Technologies. From 2017 to 2019, she was Assistant General Manager of Finance and Strategy at Koton Mağazacılık. Since December 2019, Yeşildere has been the Deputy General Manager of Finance and Digital Transformation at Mey Diageo.
