Sema Argın has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking and finance sector and has held various responsibilities at ÜNLÜ & Co since 2006. Having been involved in the non-performing loan management business line since its establishment, Argın most recently served as Managing Director responsible for Finance and Investments at İstanbul Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. During this period, she played an active role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, portfolio investments and operational transformation processes. As of July 2026, she has been serving as General Manager of İstanbul Varlık Yönetim A.Ş.

Prior to joining ÜNLÜ & Co, Argın worked in project finance at Yapı Kredi Bank, HSBC and Siemens Türkiye. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economics (English) at Marmara University. Argın completed her MBA at The State University of New York and earned a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from İstanbul Bilgi University.
