ÜNLÜ & Co successfully placed USD 91 million in Doğtaş Kelebek shares
ÜNLÜ & Co, the leading investment banking services and asset management group of Turkey, has successfully completed the placement of USD 91 million in Doğtaş Kelebek shares.
ÜNLÜ & Co, sole book runner of the placement, announced that the shares were placed to over 50 international and local qualified institutional investors. Shares were sold at a 8.87% discount to October’s 17th with closing price of TL 4.17.
ÜNLÜ & Co Chairman Mahmut L. Ünlü said: “The oversubscribed placement demonstrates the high level of trust and interest from investors in Turkish capital markets.”
