Soda Sanayii A.Ş.

Anadolu Cam San. A.Ş. (‘Anadolu Cam’), one of the leading glass containers producers in Europe, has authorized ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş. to sell some of its shares in Soda Sanayii A.Ş. (‘Soda Sanayii’) at Borsa İstanbul Toptan Satışlar Pazarı.

Anadolu Cam’s share sales of 9.7 % in Soda Sanayii (TL 660 million paid in capital) was successfully completed by ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş. The total amount is announced as $ 100 million and that has been sold to 44 international and domestic corporate investors.   

This transaction is the first brokerage operation of ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 2016. ÜNLÜ Menkul Değerler A.Ş. took place as the ‘Global Coordinator and Sole Book Runner’ in this transaction. Being authorized in 4 share sales transactions in the previous year, ÜNLÜ & Co completed a total transaction amount of $ 200 million.
